International Shipping

When shipping to the internationally additional local duties and taxes may be charged and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. We use DHL delivery, cost vary by weight.

Olim London is not responsible for covering these charges.

Any 'return to sender' orders due to unpaid taxes will not have postage refunded.



Delivery time for International varies, but is approximately 3-7 *working days.

Shipping to the EU - Please Read

We’re so excited to ship to our European customers! However, as a UK-based brand, we want to be fully transparent about what that means post-Brexit.

Your order may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the prices you see at checkout and must be paid by you (the customer) directly to your local delivery provider or customs office.

These fees vary by country and are set by your local government - not by Olim London.

We are currently unable to collect EU VAT at checkout or ship orders with duties prepaid (DDP). This means your parcel may be held at customs until the required charges are paid.

If these fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we can refund the item (once received back), but we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
